Checking secure sign-in…
First-time accounts may need administrator approval. Once approved, this device stays signed in for 30 days unless you sign out or access is revoked. Google sign-in does not give access to your Drive files.
My attendance
No need to choose your mobile number. Your verified login identifies your employee record.
Face and site-location verification are not ready for live attendance yet. These options will open only after their checks pass. Nothing is recorded by opening this screen.
Opening an old photo or video is not a new attendance check. A fresh check is required.
Set up your face record
- Read and accept the consent.
- Connect your Google Drive.
- Use your phone camera for a fresh short video.
Checking FDR status…
The recording is stored in your Google Drive. Shine stores only its verified reference. You can record again until review passes. After FDR becomes active, the app will not ask for enrollment again.
Invite a candidate
This saves an invitation, not a completed recruitment or face enrollment.
No invitation created yet.
Attendance in my allocation
Connect employee accounts
Confirm with the employee that the Google account is theirs before linking it. Linking an account does not change their role or site allocation.
Your records stay separate
Employee access, site allocation and approval permissions are checked by the server. Photos and videos belong in the approved Google Drive; the attendance database keeps references only.
Drive authorization and face verification are separate setup steps. Google sign-in alone does not complete them.
